What are the best aspects of this product?

Workflows are highly essential for each business's success, and Oracle BPM is created to do such things seamlessly. Creating a business process from scratch takes time, and Oracle BPM makes sure that it comes out without a hitch. It is programmed to support small to significant-sized business operations. It is backed up with analytics and key performance indicators to ensure that all processes are carried out smoothly throughout the operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using XML Query for programming and documentation purposes. However, we found out that BPM does not support this particular format. We had to hire a consultant to help find another format that would work best for the program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to enhance a large number of business processes for different clients. Thanks to BPM Oracle for making this possible. Most of my clients, especially those who came from the banking and finance industry, we're able to see significant changes within their institution.
