What are the best aspects of this product?

Oracle BPM is a unique tool that every business should have since it helps create and implement processes. If employees are very good with technology and software, then they won't have any issues in using this application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oracle BPM is beneficial in terms of features and functionality. However, the learning curve may be steeper than expected because there are many things to learn. Although the drop and drag features are easy to use, I'm afraid that the program is still quite complicated for an ordinary person to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The client was having some inconsistencies in performance and output, so we decided to find a way to look into their process and fill in the gaps using BPM Oracle. I can say that investing in this product is worth the money because we could conduct a root cause analysis and create a process improvement program. Although most of us were challenged into using the new application, I can say that most of us were able to adapt fast enough and learn new things from it.
