What are the best aspects of this product?

Based on my experience, I can say that ERP is very reliable because I haven't experienced any system issues ever since I started using this platform. I am always confident that it can provide me all the financial and planning data that I need for my meetings and client presentations. Having Cloud ERP installed on my laptop is like having an online database where everything is in order.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With the previous ERP system that I am using, I am familiar with all the features, so I assumed that things would be the same when we decided to transition to a cloud-based ERP. But I was surprised that things do not work that way. I find it more challenging to use this application, so I decided to do some self-study to have a better understanding of how the system works. An enhanced tutorial program would be very much appreciated so its users can fully understand what this platform can do for their companies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this platform has changed my life in so many ways. Cloud ERP gives me full visibility of our company’s financial standing from revenue, expenditures, and the remaining budget. It gives me the chance to take a good look at the big picture before I start making decisions. I no longer have to second guess my decisions because I have data to back it up.
