I like its functionality and its ability to accomplish many things at the same time. So far ERP is the best platform that I’ve ever used.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Oracle ERP is a very reliable platform for managing our financials and accounting. It gives you a robust workflow and a reliable reporting portal that's essential to the success of our projects. The integration of the Functional Setup Manager is nothing but impressive. It allows you to manage your expenses, earnings, and give the foresight of your assumed profits through the help of Hyperion Allocations. Lastly, the entire software can be accessed through your smartphone or laptop, so you are assured that you are always on top of things even if you are not physically present at the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It comes with a lot of advantages, but there are certain things that they need to work to remain competitive. I've been using ERP for about four years, and I see little progress in terms of its development. They still have non-functioning features and bugs now, and then that causes the entire system to lag since we are known as a large scale company we need ERP always to be up and running most especially during client presentations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to struggle in terms of reporting, forecasting, and accounting. These gaps created severe problems for our business. We are glad that Oracle ERP came because it made a big difference to our business practices. It offers end to end solutions to our financials so every business should utilize this platform.
