What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I appreciate about ERP is its robust features. It is capable of handling loads of financial data and conduct root cause analysis that covers every aspect of the business. Using the tool gives you a sense of awareness that helps you determine whether you are making the right choices or not. Access can be granted to multiple employees, and each of them is given editing rights, so you have visibility on almost everything that is going on within the company. It’s easier to pull out records, whether it is all about sales, profits, losses, inventory, and taxation. You can rely on Cloud Oracle ERP to give you instant results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Using ERP is not that easy. A lot of first-time users, including myself, have struggled with the system. Yes, it is accurate and reliable, but it is not user friendly at all. It takes a specific skill for you to get a hang in using the platform. Subsequent training sessions are required to ensure familiarity with the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As an admin user, I have control and visibility of what’s going on around me. I can grant access to some of my most trusted and capable employees to keep all of our financial information up to date. Through our reports, we can quickly identify our successes as well as opportunities. We make our decisions based on our available data as we continuously find ways to promote growth within our company. We are proud to share that our company came from humble beginnings and patiently worked our way up. Our workforce increased significantly for the last few years, and we are proud of all our accomplishments. Without the help of ERP Cloud, I don’t think that we will be able to achieve or even surpass our goals.
