One comprehensive tool for managing all financial activities

What are the best aspects of this product?

Oracle Financials Cloud has a wide variety of useful tools that include payment processing. Because of this, it allows our company to accept different modes of payment like EFT, positive pay, and check. The software also lets us configure the PO and the formats of review prints. Its reporting module is flexible while other modules can integrate with third-party software in our network.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using Oracle Financials Cloud for several years now but with every update, there is little change. Though the integrated tools are magnificent, Oracle should work harder in improving the platform. There is also the issue of the Oracle Fixed Assets Module. It shows an error for most times when I use it. Oracle eBusiness supports Vertex and Taxware only, which is limiting for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Oracle Financials Cloud has been my company’s go-to solution for all our financial activities, as it covers everything from income management to budgeting. When we first started using it, we were not able to maximize its capabilities. However, after exploring the solution, we found different features and benefited greatly from them.
