One of the best accounting software that I have worked with. It automated almost all our existing processes making things a lot better for the company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Through the help of Oracle ERP software, we were able to implement significant changes within the company. Accounting is now simplified through system integration. Most employees have visibility when it comes to trending reports and financial statements. If there are any errors or discrepancies, we can make the necessary changes right away. ERP comes with a long list of advantages to our business; that is why we consider ourselves lucky for having the opportunity to utilize this platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Most of the time, we don't encounter any system issues with ERP Cloud. But since it's not perfect, there are scenarios wherein it becomes slower than the usual. It affects our workflow, but the support team is capable of fixing these issues. I'm hoping that they should take some of our suggestions seriously so everything will work out fine.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Initially, we had a difficult time transitioning into this type of software. It's pretty understandable because all of our employees are used to the old program. It took us months of non-stop training paired with practical application to get comfortable with the platform. Now we are proud to share that we can utilize almost 100% of its existing features to help take our business to the next level. Accounting is no longer tedious; reporting and analytics are always on hand, and planning for projects is done under one software. We appreciate all the help that the ERP team is doing for us because our team is now very familiar with the platform.
