What are the best aspects of this product?
We integrated it into our billing system to improve guest experience. We have more accurate billing, more engaging loyalty program and a better overview of revenues. It helps us cut losses and, conversely, increase profits. We're also able to make customers happier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are rare downtimes. For businesses without tech support, this can be worrisome. Good thing Oracle's hotline is readily accessible. The system is also difficult to learn at first, but once we got the bells and whistles right, we knew we made the right move.

I'd say overall it helps improve our business. It gives to our billing more accuracy and to our customers a better service. I can also monitor revenues better. It helps me to forecast sales and prepare for off-season downturns.
