What are the best aspects of this product?

What I love about Hypersion is the ability to retrieve data from the system into excel files while the Smart View Add-in is enabled. The data is clear to be adjusted back into the system. We use the product to take care and expand our data by client, by account, and by period. We can easily manipulate reports and excel files in order to get back data from Hypersion to meet our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of uploading into various schedules and memo templates can be really difficult and complicated, while retrieving data from it is quick and simple. When we want to change from $100 to $0 the system won’t change it automatically so we need to type “000000001” as an input for each client every month.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us in pulling data from the system in quick and simple way and everything is done in less time, it’s time saving product. This is great benefit of the system and it helps us in accounting, finance, and budgeting tasks.
