What are the best aspects of this product?

Convenient transfer from our old legacy platforms. It supports multifunctional purposes with the use of only one adaptable setup as well. Oracle features tons of great tools that we haven’t found in the previous platform that we use. That is despite such an old platform having dozens of plugins in its system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oracle has an inconvenient search tool. It feels that such a feature doesn’t fit the efficiency of the entire system. It even pushes us to execute certain configurations for use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Oracle helps us get a good view of inventory issues that require attention. It also improves the efficiency of our packing and shipment by making such processes more organized. The platform helps us execute such processes smoothly too. Overall, it is gearing us towards proactive operations and away from reactive steps.
