What are the best aspects of this product?
I sell online, have my own store, and sell on Ebay and Amazon. I use FBA. This system lets me import my orders from my stores and send them to FBA with one click!
I can also do all my customer service with this system since it has all my order info / customers from all my stores. Excellent solution!

Online user manual could be a little more extensive,
