What are the best aspects of this product?

They really did a great job and it is used by many companies. The support desk is streamlined and answers quickly. The PIM also makes human resource data even more realistic and accurate. Also, the license administration is so easy. I can track my workers' performance regularly too with their sophisticated metrics. OrangeHRM saves us time which is very valuable to us and increases employee productivity. It standardized our recruitment process too. I also liked the role management and the user feature. It's very well designed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not popular compared to other software. I also hoped that there are more guided instructions on how to use and connect the cloud service.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's amazing that this program has so many choices and makes it easy for my team to improve with how good it's built, it's great for what it's doing. We still do have issues but the app can fix it in no time with the help of a technical person.
