What are the best aspects of this product?

It's the top 1 in HR management because it has many features and other features can be added too since it's an open-access software. This makes it flexible to what we require aside from the resources it already provides. It displays easy and quick info about staff, distinctly displaying their profiles.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You need to know deeper about this tool for you to be able to add other features you need. However, being an open-source it's a little expensive and I think they should also consider small businesses for a cheaper package.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's really handy when I'm doing HR management. The mobile app also speeds up my job addressing the simple management of human resources of the organization.
