What are the best aspects of this product?
Automatic management of the inventory and invoices. Big retailers like Sysco and USFood load the invoices directly into the system. Simply take an image of the other invoices, and Orderly adds them by line item.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The phone app isn't as good as the desktop. Using it only to take invoice images. The price monitor is also something we utilize every day. I want to see the interface load as quickly as it is on the desktop.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Inventory automatic learning saves time. The algorithm best foresee your current stock relying on your historical data. Info on each item is also structured. Additionally, I can do a comparison between my suppliers and the industry in general. I can see what others are paying too.
