PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product was mid-range level at best among it's peers. However, we were loyal subscribers as it was our workflow. The basically forced an upgrade on us (at a higher cost) with 2 weeks fore-warning before our Christmas rush season. The upgrade removed most of the features we needed. When we questioned if we could have the features we needed back, especially since we were paying over 100% more, we were told "your workflow is not our priority". Hmm...this from an order management company. 5 years of a business relationship down the drain. Pretty awful to do to a loyal subscriber right before our Christmas season.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could care less about their customers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We will never, ever use them again so it's irrelevant.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had problems solved, and then without much warning, they took it away from us and left us in a lurch. Horrible customer service. Don't trust them because they will drop you for no reason and really don't care about your business success.
