What are the best aspects of this product?

Ordoro has been able to give us support in aspects of accounting and warehouse management. It’s a fairly easy solution to use and I like that it works well with the other solutions in our arsenal too. For its price point, one can get quite a lot out of this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They are a tool that continues to grow with their clients. I know that they are still doing upgrades in their system and my team and I are trying our best to be patient about this. It’s a good thing they have an excellent customer service team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ordoro meets our company’s requirements, where other solutions did not. It is an affordable (one of our major concerns) solution that helps us with our warehousing and online sales operations.
