Being able to see in real time from anywhere sales and reports
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Keeping your records. If you do not pay the ransom to get your records then you lose them. I am very disappointed that I was never informed about the fact that If you have the multible location and happen to close one down that you will lose your ability to have any access to any of the records unless you continue to pay them money for every month until you recover your records. for that reason, I would stay clear of this software.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to of been given an option to save my data, they say it is cloud base software. I have also heard the term SAAS Software as a Service. That is a bogus claim if you pay for the software as a service yet if you need to access your date you are not able to unless you pay them more money.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are many POS systems out there now and I plan to start looking to what else is out there. I have been paying them for the past 5 years more than 100.00 per month at one store for 30 months at the 3rd store
They have got more than 10000.00 out of me for the past 5 years and they won't give me access to my own records unless I pay them a ransom. Like I previously mentioned that I think that, that is a very poor business practice to be that greedy to charge me to retrieve my own data.
