What are the best aspects of this product?

OutSystem hs plenty of advantages. Its learning curve is relatively low, which led to simpler adoption for both semi- and full-time developers. We're no longer utilizing paper prototypes as it's way simpler to do all that on OutSystems in helping the product take shape. It carries out a platform-based way in administering low/medium complex applications. After investing training and set up, results poured in at record rate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There some disadvantages working with Outsystems. You'll need to surrender certain control on its infrastructure when opting for its cloud-hosted model. This is often seen in a majority of PasS solutions. Their Change Management needs further improvement. Customer support needs to improve in timeliness and assistance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This time around, we don't have to reinvent the wheel. We're reusing functionality that was already made for an application in other applications. This happened to be our primary use case. We're actively practicing RAD concepts such as following critical path and Rapid prototyping. We're making add-ons/extension in the software to get it to so much more.
