What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a great tool to find additional leads in our industry. It seems to find also different ones then LinkedIn Sales Navigator does which is a great added benefit for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

User experience could be better. Tool is a bit complicated for first time users.
