What are the best aspects of this product?

This program is specially made for non-programmers! Setting up is so easy and it's not complicated to use. Their tech support is awesome, too!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The floating toolbar annoys me sometimes when it blocks the workspace. But it's not a big deal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since building a website is so much easier now, my company can build our online presence. We also use the websites we built to communicate with clients and accommodate bookings.
