What are the best aspects of this product?

It's cheaper than Photoshop but can still compete with it. It offers many tools, choices, and possibilities. It had tools for image correction such as panorama and perspective. It also comes with a dual help system which is useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can open multi-layer Adobe Photoshop files but cannot handle the layers' property. Sometimes, some layers are even missing. Also, this app's help system is quite complex. But it wasn't a big deal since it's easy to find a solution to this. Lastly, the tool does not include the user names even if you already pay for the license use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can crop, correct, merge, and edit photos. This app also allows the restoration of colors, recovering old photographs, and creating pictures. Usually, the graphics are made for educational and promotional purposes.
