What are the best aspects of this product?

Paintshop Pro has been my "go-to" photo editor for nearly two decades now. I just love its simplicity as well as powerful graphic design tools. And compared to Adobe products, I find PSP easier to use. Also, I find it more user-friendly and powerful than CorelDraw. The available tools are so extensive and right now I probably only able to use 50 percent of what it offers. On top of that, it is way more affordable than Adobe products.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While there are many tutorials and guides available online, they are not as comprehensive as I expect them to be. And whenever I search YouTube for tutorials, I often get different results. Google seems to misinterpret what I want to search. Also, the version of PSP I am using sometimes does not import .png files properly. But I've already fixed it by using a 3rd party app to correct the format.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am using this app for all my graphics editing and creation tasks such as touching up images and creating charts even. There may be better apps out there but I definitely won't exchange this to other platforms. I feel like an expert using this tool.
