What are the best aspects of this product?

It lets you edit like a professional. Almost everything you'd probably need to make a photo look stunning is already here like the color adjustment or correction options, broad array of filters, gradients, and many more. With the tools available, you can edit photos and more! Also, it supports several file formats so you can save your work to the format you need. I also love the ability to be my work on my computer with PSP and open it in Photoshop for extra editing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel like the recent software updates just made the product difficult to use. The launching time of the app has been pretty slow. Also, with the recent version, you already have to go through to manage tabs to get to your workspace. I like its version 5 better. It's pretty easy to use. Also, the masking tool moves quite slow. It would be great if it will be improved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a freelance graphic designer and this tool has been helping me create pre-made book covers as well as free desktop wallpaper. Although I already have other graphic design software like Adobe, I still use this app because it offers amazing filters that I cannot find in other solutions.
