What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of features that I like within PandaDoc, such as: e-signature implementation which is easy and clear for my customers, security and organization of the product, editor which is clean and easy to use feature. I like that they constantly improve the product and their support team is fantastic.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to collaborate on documents even better in real time. Also, I’d like to see an option to rename docs after they’ve been signed. In addition, an option to embed docs is limited to upload PDFs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PandaDocs helps us to close at rate 75% faster than before, we use analytics and other data so we can identify bottlenecks within sales processes and to address them quickly. We even use PandaDocs for vendor contracts and customer contracts.
