What are the best aspects of this product?

Personally, I like its analytics because I can track views whenever someone has viewed the doc and I get notification when the doc is signed. Also, I can track time and to see how long they look at specific page of a doc. It integrates perfectly with Zoho CRM. When it comes to price, the software is extremely affordable with all its features and functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The feature that is for sending reminder to a client to view or sign the doc is not very intuitive, it took me some time and live support trainings in order to figure out how it really works. Also, I cannot really understand how to pull data from my CRM into a quote.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is easy to use solution that allows our clients to sign docs on the go. They are able to sign documents while traveling or while at home.
