What are the best aspects of this product?

Digital signatures, easy to use, basic content library, simple templating

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Beware of autorenewal - even if they invoice you net 30 they will still run your card without warning.

Beware of any platform with no capability to export your content and data.

Beware of the pricing tiers if you plan to add more users in the future. There is no discounted rate for additional users.

More robust content library, centralized content management.
