What are the best aspects of this product?
PandaDoc is simple solution for requesting e-signatures. I like that it josts various cases and templates and it can be used across an entire organization. It allows us to manage huge volumes of routine paperwork such as statemnets of work, legal contract management and RFP fulfillment. Also, I like that integrates well with G-Suite and Office 365 and it can be used with CRM systems as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have minor dislikes about it but the design and development process are amazing and they come with price tag.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to streamline the sales process by helping users to deliver custom content, contracts, signatures and proposals to prospective clients and current customers. It helps us to reduce time that is required for finishing an RFP or lenghty contract that is related to Legal and Finance. With this tool we can handle various document life cycles including customer renewals.
