Excellent user experience and support

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use. Panopto's personal capture tools make it easy to get started creating educational video resources. Panopto is integrated into our VLE, and used thoughout our institution for scheduled recording and has proved very reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In terms of experience, nothing - we've had a really good one. Automatic captioning could work better; but this is understood to be difficult in many circumstances varying according to the speaker, language and vocabulary used.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Some more detailed realtime feedback on recording status.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's used for educational purposes and the ability to review and study material is the need fulfilled.
