What are the best aspects of this product?

I think the strength and the thing that makes this platform way better than its competitors is the willingness of the vendor and team behind it to receive feedback, listen to their end-users, and make appropriate changes to make their service better than before. We have the confidence to voice out our opinion and tell them what we wish to see in the platform because they do listen to us and grant our wishes. I love that despite being a stable platform, it constantly innovates and gives us something new and helpful. Aside from that, they got a really awesome customer support staff! Their customer support is excellent. We never had a dull moment with them. They never leave us unless they are sure the problem is already fixed. These days, this kind of customer service is quite hard to find.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, I love the platform and their customer service staff. They are great. But a few additional tools in the editor would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made video editing and viewing a lot easier. No complicated tools or processes. No need for extra plugins in order to view the videos. All we need is an updated web browser. Also, it eliminates the problem related to storage. Video files can be uploaded to the system.
