What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the ability to create learning materials, which students can access anytime they need to. It’s making teaching and learning more effective. Teachers do not need to repeat lectures and students cannot take absence as an excuse for not being able to learn the lesson. It’s easy to record the lectures or discussions, edit it, and share them with anyone from the institution who needs it with so much ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The high cost of captioning. It’s not really an issue about the platform. More likely an industry-related one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since using this tool, our students have become more engaged in learning. Learning is also not limited to the traditional classroom. They can now access and watch lectures anytime and anywhere.
