What are the best aspects of this product?

Commendable customer support is what I like the most about Panopto. They always give me a hand whenever there are issues or I’m simply looking for something.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Shifting browser when using their Advance Editor is troublesomeness but not a big issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives the student the privilege of experiencing the same lecture whenever they missed their classes. The lecture videos also help in managing distance learning.
