What are the best aspects of this product?

Panopto is a reliable, easy-to-use tool that helps our faculty educate learners effectively. Recording multiple videos and audios, editing, and rendering is pretty easy. On top of that, it offers a lot of storage space so our staff can create as much as videos they need. Everyone also loves the fact that the service provider gives us an advance notice whenever they have to do system maintenance. So we can plan accordingly and the work isn’t interrupted.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have been using the system for half a decade and so far I cannot think of any major problem with the system. We did experience a few issues through the years of use but all were just minor ones.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use the system to record lectures that students can easily access online anytime they need to and to record live workshops or do webcasts and let remote students participate. It has been helpful in disseminating knowledge to individuals who want to learn without having to be physically present in the school.
