What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use, valuable integrations, and new features every now and then. You don't have to worry about having to deal with a steep learning curve because the platform is apparently designed with user-friendliness in mind. Creating videos is pretty easy with this platform. The best thing is that it offers integration with other video creation tools like Zoom. The vendor and developers also always listen to its customer feedback so they usually add the new features in every update. It's nice that we got to enjoy new tools every now and then. It brings more perks. An example is the addition of automatic captions. It has boosted the accessibility of our contents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we integrate the system with our LMS, it did not function properly. Time outs have also become a problem for some of our users. And I find the platform's performance a bit slow and the look a bit unattractive. Would be nice if they'll improve it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We offer online courses and Panopto has been very helpful in providing reliable learning materials to students. Our instructors are able to capture their lecture with ease. The videos can be uploaded in the system and will be hosted in the cloud so we have peace of mind knowing our materials are secured.
