What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to record, edit and share easily ... from anywhere and for everyone both teachers and students

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'd love to make panopto content more accessible by finding a way to caption at a lower cost - its an industry issue rather than a panopto one

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Annotation tools would be amazing
