What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Panopto values their customers as partners. They make sure that their customer support is at its finest. One proof that they listen well to us customers is the continuous improvement of their product by adding features. They also make sure that they adapt to our present needs. Their FAQ is full of information and their response time is commendable.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some features might need improvement such as Captions though I have no use of it for now. Overall I find nothing to dislike about this product.

Panopto serves as an avenue where students, faculty, and guests can collaborate to come up with the best learning. Its database has many videos full of information presented in different ways. Through these diverse videos, students can learn on their phase. It also has an app where information can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Every learning that students can get after the program will be advantageous in all aspect.
