What are the best aspects of this product?

Pantheon can handle backup resources essential to make your website up and running successfully for a very long time. You can also make some changes to your site's content without the need to pause or stop the website from doing its normal function. In case something goes wrong with your work, you can always fix it without the need to shift to a different environment. Utilizing Pantheon gives you the right tools and resources to keep your sites safe and in excellent condition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Using the master branch gives you limited options and functionality when it comes to testing the features and running your website's content. What happens is that I find it challenging to identify the current opportunities or implement the ideas that I would like to have on the website. Also, there are times that I am challenged when it comes to program documentation. Some repositories are not compatible with the existing web hosting tool that I am using, which happens to be Pantheon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I decided to use Pantheon to improve the overall performance of the sites that I would like to host for my clients. The migration and deployment process is much faster than other products that I have used before. The success rate is much higher. If something needs to be changed or fixed, it would be a lot easier for me to trace back my previous work. Using Pantheon has allowed me to develop my ability to multitask and handle different sites all at once.
