What are the best aspects of this product?

Its ability to provide real-time system updates that contribute to the speed and efficiency of the website. We are looking forward to more developments and enhancements from their end to maximize performance and increase earnings. We are lucky to be working with a team of people who are always available for assistance at all times. Using Pantheon was a big decision for my partners and me, but we are glad that we took the leap because it is worth the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Several issues arose, such as poor connectivity to the server and compromised security measures, which annoyed me during certain times. Also, I have to make some adjustments when calling support since there is a three hour difference between time zones. This is the reason why issues are not being dealt with in real-time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can do more work in developing and launching Drupal-based websites without having to worry if a different code is safe or not. I can put the site under maintenance mode while I fix the necessary problems. Plus, running a site in a test environment is safer than going live right away.
