What are the best aspects of this product?

It is now possible for us to update sites without affecting or deleting the existing content. Most of the current codes from previous sites are highly compatible with Pantheon to run more smoothly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not encourage you to avail of the lower packages because you might feel frustrated with the limitations of the product. As I said before, you can only do so much, especially when migrating from Drupal to Pantheon.
