What are the best aspects of this product?

I like you to conduct your work and site development in various environments to ensure that the migration process will go as smoothly as possible. Working on WordPress has been great, but using Pantheon as your primary web developer can make a huge difference in your website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The documentation I think needs more work so developers would not have a hard time applying or migration process. The features are okay, but there are times that we encounter specific issues that take time to find the resolution, which makes us feel frustrated. I am glad that we have a number that we can call whenever something goes wrong on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Pantheon to consolidate all of our existing systems into one place, so it would be easier for us to manage and monitor our websites. Deciding to acquire Pantheon is a big step for the team. We do not regret doing this because we have seen the positive changes that it has brought to our business in just a short amount of time.
