What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel a little bit disappointed that our team is not getting the same amount of support from Pantheon as compared to before. One of the reasons could be the rapid increase in clients that they need to cater to. But they should have anticipated the surge in terms of calls, texts, and emails so everybody can be accommodated in real-time.
