I have noticed that more and more web companies are starting to shift into Pantheon to cater to all their web dev needs. It comes with a feature that helps simplify the development process of sites supported by either W-Press or Drupal. This is also one of the best training ground for new developers who would like to enhance their skills by working in a safe environment. I can say that Pantheon is a beneficial tool not just for IT experts and coders. Its also meant to enhance business workflows and also to increase revenue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I pay for the basic monthly plan, so I don’t get to speak to a live rep whenever I get into trouble. I hope that Pantheon can consider upgrading their support options for all plan holders.

The GIT branches are very helpful in segregating the work that the developers can work on without affecting the actual site's performance or speed.
