What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Pantheon’s developers have done a great in creating the platform to help optimize our site migration process. I like it most because of its ability to host websites and accommodate high volume traffic, especially during peak hours. Ever since we decided to move to Pantheon, we seldom experience issues with our website, which is favorable on our end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although Pantheon's performance is better than any web hosting platform, I'm still not too fond of the dashboard design. I find it confusing to use, so I am rooting for a newer or upgraded version of the product. It takes me more time to accomplish some of my tasks because I still have to familiarize myself with Pantheon's layout.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We feel more secure that Pantheon will keep our website no matter what happens. The coding structure is robust as it seems to withstand any bugs or issues that we may encounter while visitors flood our website.
