What are the best aspects of this product?

Developing a website has been pretty quickly by working on various servers before we go on live. This gives us ample time to test if the new features are working well. The process has been working well for my team and me because there are not many coding and security issues that I have to worry about. The support team quickly solves most problems that we encounter, and they are guiding us in the right direction at all times. Using Pantheon basically made our site development process a lot easier. Its ability to back up our current work is what makes it secure as a program. I thought that my team would have difficulty transitioning sites to Pantheon, but our theories turned out to be wrong all along.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are so many things I like and enjoy about the product. That is why we have been using this for some time already. But the main downside is the actual price that you have to pay for each month. If you are a start-up company, then using Pantheon may cause you more money than expected. If you are on a tight budget, you can work on your site using another product and shift to Pantheon if you can already afford it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this product gives us more confidence when it comes to fixing or developing sites without affecting the website's actual performance. For the past years, being with Pantheon has given us fewer headaches than what I imagined or compared to other similar products in the market that offers the same kind of web hosting services. One of their most significant advantages is having well-paced dashboards to explore and utilize for your development needs. Also, you do not have to worry about getting lost or incurring errors along the way because they have the staff that can provide you with the support that you need. I can say that Pantheon as a product is not that complicated to use and understand at all.
