What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm very much impressed with the system's simplicity. It's user-friendly. It can be easily be customized. We were able to take current processes and covert them electronically.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn't say this as something I hate, but I suggest for them to look into current business processes and workflow thoroughly. That means lookin into approval processes, paper forms, and etc... Putting in a bit of time and effort on the front-end of implemenation can leader to quicker and hassle-free launch. Benefits can easily be recognized.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
While launching just recently, certain results have been immediate. This would mean benefitting to deliver a consistent and professionally-made proposal for every customer. There's no longer an issue of bumping heads with other people when dealing with our brand. We're expecting reps to make proposals at a fraction of the time so they can concentrate more on selling.
