What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is a time saver. Once we're through setting up the content library, we can make a duplicate. Then we go quickly. My customers like looking into content within Paperless and then passing it to other people in the organization.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, there's nothing to hate or dislike. They were able to deal with the response time regarding the SSD. This time around, it's screaming in response time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It did a lot of good for the long term. It's able to cater to customer information requests. Offers coverage with a wealth of media content for us to personalize swiftly. An increasing number of customers are looking into us for a solution.
