What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy to use the product. Support staff has been great. They've been very accommodating. Mistakes can easily be ammended.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's limited options for editing. I'd like having our logo to appear on the click page link. At times, Paperless would seemingly place itself into the SPAM folder. E-mail page appears basic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Proposals have quick turnaround times. I get to see which pages are being looked at. I can also observe where their budgets are leaning to. Sending large files are easy.
