What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy building on a library of documents. I can use it to make customized templates. I get to know if my proposal is free from any errors. I work in a team so getting access to other people's work when needed most anywhere and anytime is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, it would take a tad too long in adding page numbers. I'm still unsure if it's from the system itself or problems with the network.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It increased productivity two-fold. It improved proposal quality. We now have the ability to make custom proposals in a matter of minutes via templates or customizing them by including added infor from our library. We get to know when a client looked into our proposal for follow-ups on a timely basis.
