A great sales tool. This holds true whenever it involves working with potential clients who happen to be outside the region. Having the ability to mix visual tools, video, and customized content within a proposal. This is what ultimately makes this a standout from the usual industry.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only upside is creating a library of content. But then again, that's an internal problem. It has nothing to do with the software at all.

This gave us the ability to add a personal touch to clients who can typically be reached through e-mail or phone. According to the analytics we receive after a proposal view, we're able to gauge which aspects are deemed most essential in their eyes. Certain insights from the needs of customers are essential. They allows us to tailor our services and approach in providing them with better service.
