What are the best aspects of this product?
Being able to come up with a library of frequently used templates and docs. The Paperless team can make customizations of them with client name merge fields, which prove to be handy. It's a big hellp in making customized proposals quickly in an organized manner. In addition, I prefer having the ability in viewing projects under a single manageable screen in tracking the pending projects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Certain finalization stages can be enhanced and modified for specific uses. At times, customers are in need of a format leading to added PDF editing after it's been downloaded. Maybe this should be an added functionality in helping out in the stage of completion.
