What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and to setup Virtual Machines and whatever else you might need. Actually accessing these resources is the problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The website is extremely bad. You will often be unable to login, preventing you from turning on your server if you are paying hourly, and requiring several trials in order to change your product configurations. The console is very unresponsive, and will take several minutes to turn a VM on or off.
